Relationship Manager

We are looking for an accomplished Supplier Relationship/ Vendor Manager to support a UK insurance firm through their digital transformation journey.
If you are a Vendor Manager or a Digital Transformation Supplier expert in the customer communication space, please read on.
This well known insurance brand need someone with experience in document management or with data to output processes ideally within a financial services or regulated environment.
You will also have compliance communication management experience so will be able to bring your knowledge to collaborate with the suppliers through the transformation. Your knowledge of the changes in technology in this ever evolving landscape will support the supplier relationship to encourage innovation.
You will foster good working relationships with the suppliers to maximise the strategic aim of digital transformation and be their voice internally to champion relevant product development.
Your indepth experience in contracts and management will ensure clear KPI and SLA targets are met.
The role can be based anywhere in the UK but it will be 2-3 days in one of the firm’s offices with travel to all the other offices to meet the teams.
