The role focuses on partnering with the business in a strategic OD capacity.Client DetailsCharity based in London1-2 days a month in LondonDescriptionThe Organisational Development Partner will:Support the Director of OD to establish and embed the OD functionSupport the organisation through a transformation, including culture, capability, and performancePartner with the wider business on organisational design, career development, performance development, EVP, and workforce planning to improve overall capabilityLead end-to-end design and implementation of different initiatives, programmes, and frameworksSupport the Director of OD in carrying out a full audit and diagnostic phase to create a roadmapCreate a change in the overall culture and alter behaviourRe-build the performance management frameworkRe-design people practicesDevelop a people development frameworkCreate cultural development initiativesLead projects on leadership development, performance management, learning, talent, recognition, engagement, culture, and talent developmentDevelop a recognition frameworkReview talent development: designing and implementing initiativesOther responsibilities to be discussedProfileThe ideal Organisational Development Partner will have:Previous experience leading OD strategy and initiativesNot-for-profit experience desirablePrevious experience working with the executive teamPrevious experience of delivering behavioural and cultural changeStrong understanding of OD methodologies and previous project management experienceJob OfferPermanent Organisational Development Partner£60-65,000 per annum1-2 days a month in London - Hybrid WorkingImmediate Start Available#J-18808-Ljbffr
