Senior Vice President – TMT Client Services (Performance and Technology)

This unique opportunity offers a high-impact leadership role within a consultancy renowned for addressing complex challenges and delivering transformative results. As a Senior Vice President in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practice, you’ll collaborate with global leaders in telecom, media, and technology, as well as top private equity firms, to drive value creation and growth through strategic consulting.


The Role

This role is part of a Performance Improvement team working with both stable and under-performing companies to achieve significant business transformation. Projects focus on crucial areas such as profit improvement, digital enablement, organizational effectiveness, and M&A. You’ll play a central role in leading these engagements, helping clients achieve impactful outcomes across multiple workstreams.


Location & Flexibility

  • Location: London-based with a flexible hybrid work model involving client sites, office, and remote work options
  • Travel: Required, with frequency based on project needs and client engagements


Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute high-stakes projects within the TMT sector, focusing on operating model transformation, profit improvement, and digital enablement
  • Oversee client engagements, ensuring top-quality delivery across workstreams and maximizing business impact
  • Engage closely with executive stakeholders to implement effective, sustainable solutions
  • Identify business development opportunities and contribute to expanding the practice’s impact
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to a supportive culture
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, client-focused solutions


Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in Telecom, Media, or Technology, ideally spanning multiple functional areas
  • Background in top-tier consultancy with a successful track record in transformation and profit improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading projects related to M&A, organizational effectiveness, and digital enablement
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with financial acumen and experience in high-impact scenarios
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with senior executives and fostering client relationships
  • A master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly valued
