This exciting role requires a confident professional with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.

About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to a HNWI, you will act as the right hand to a busy individual, managing both personal and professional tasks related to their B2B business operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, enabling the HNWI to focus on their broader goals.

As with all Executive Assistant jobs, the responsibilities are broad and will include:

  • Diary Management : Coordinating a busy and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Business Support : Organising insurance renewals and contract terms for a variety of business assets, purchase orders and utilities.
  • Email Management : Handling and prioritising incoming emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Administrative Support : Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence using intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Event Coordination : Organising and managing personal and professional events, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.
  • Personal Assistance : Overseeing personal tasks, from household management to booking appointments and handling private matters with utmost discretion.
  • Gatekeeping : Acting as the first point of contact, screening communications, and ensuring smooth interactions with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Confidentiality : Managing sensitive information with professionalism and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Experience : Circa 3+ years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting a HNWI or senior executive.
  • Exceptional Organisation : A track record of managing complex schedules and multi-tasking with ease.
  • Discretion and Professionalism : A deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional manner.
  • Technical Proficiency : Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Adaptability and Initiative : The ability to anticipate needs, think on your feet, and solve problems independently.
  • Attention to Detail : A meticulous approach to work, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

On offer:

  • £30,000 per annum plus benefits
  • A dynamic and engaging role with the chance to make a real impact
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment
