As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting SEND students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within an inclusive classroom setting. Support teachers in monitoring progress and adapting lessons to meet students' needs.
Establish trusting relationships with students, helping to build their confidence and are seeking someone with a caring, flexible, and patient approach who is dedicated to the well-being and success of young learners. Proven experience in a school or educational role, such as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
