**SEN Teaching Assistant - SEN School - High Wycombe**

We are working with a SEN School in High Wycombe seeking full time support staff, working to support students aged up to 19 years, with Autism, Complex Needs, SLD, and PMLD.

**About the role**:
Our teaching assistants’ duties can include:

- Working with small groups of pupils with Autism, Complex Needs, SLD and PMLD.
- Providing intervention support
- Students aged 4 up to 19 years
- Classes of 7 pupils
- Using PECs, makaton, some students are tube fed and personal care is required
- Working with children and young people and providing holistic support

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- Some experience of working with children or in a school
- A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
- Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
