**Positive Behaviour Support Workers Needed for our Learning Disabilities Scheme

We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our teams. You will provide person-centred care and support to tenants, enabling them to manage their health needs, build life skills, promote healthy lifestyles, and engage in educational, vocational and leisure activities. You will have the maturity to be able to work within a framework of positive behavioural support, building confidence, self-esteem, hope and positive coping skills. You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and risk management plans and to work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
**Must have intermediate computer skills and be computer literate. Must have experience in working with challenging behaviour.**
You will be supporting clients with a Learning Disability including those who may have autism and complex health and behavioural needs. You will follow the care support plans for each service user/tenant with respect and dignity.
**The job includes shift work (including weekends) and must have previous experience.**
