Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at an alternative provision school catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges and Autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide vital support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel safe, included, and encouraged in their learning experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans tailored to each pupil's needs.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster classroom engagement and participation.
- Promote inclusion, self-reliance, and self-esteem among the students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a productive and supportive learning environment.
