Job Title: Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and highly-organised recent graduate to deploy as a Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant in a Primary Pupil Referral Unit based in Chapel-en-le-Frith. The successful applicant will be expected to conduct regular safeguarding checks at students' homes, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safeguarding checks at students' homes
  • Support students with complex SEN needs
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualised education plans
  • Provide top-tier organisational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Compassionate and resilient individual with a passion for inclusive education
