Job Title: 1st and 2nd Line Support - NAV/Business Central Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused 1st and 2nd Line Support Specialist to provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central (BC) users. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for support inquiries and escalate complex issues to 2nd line when needed. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NAV/BC functionality, configurations, and integrations, ensuring high-quality support and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary contact for NAV/BC support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve 1st line issues, escalating to 2nd line when necessary.

- Assist with system configurations, permissions, and user setups.

- Work closely with the development team and 3rd line support for advanced troubleshooting and solutions.

- Document resolutions, maintain accurate logs, and create user guides for common issues.

- Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central in a support role.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle both 1st and 2nd line issues independently.

- Good understanding of ERP systems and basic IT infrastructure.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Experience with support ticketing systems and issue tracking.
