What You’ll Be Doing

As an Events and Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our on-the-ground marketing campaigns, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From organising events to managing sales initiatives, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our clients and their customers.

  • Coordinate Epic Events : You’ll take charge of planning, organising, and executing exciting events that leave a lasting impression on consumers and clients alike. From product launches to brand activations, no two days will be the same
  • Sales Synergy : Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities and helping drive sales through creative marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Liaise with Clients : You’ll be the go-to contact for clients, both local and international, keeping them updated on campaign progress and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Spirit : Collaborate with our dynamic marketing team to create, implement, and analyse marketing campaigns that push boundaries and deliver results.
  • On-the-Go Problem Solving : No challenge is too big for you You’ll use your excellent organisational skills and ability to think on your feet to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Boost Brand Visibility : Engage with customers face-to-face, ensuring they walk away with a memorable experience and an even stronger connection to the brand.


What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for Events & Sales : You have a genuine interest in event coordination and sales, and you're eager to get involved in both aspects.
  • Communication Guru : You can communicate clearly and confidently with clients, customers, and colleagues, building strong relationships at every turn.
  • Organisational Superpowers : Multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously is second nature to you.
  • A Creative Spark : You’ve got ideas and love to think outside the box to make events and sales strategies stand out.
  • Team Player : You’re a collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience : Previous experience in event coordination, sales, or marketing is highly desirable but not essential. We’re open to those with the right enthusiasm and attitude
  • Flexibility : You'll need to be flexible with your hours as events may sometimes take place outside the typical 9-5.
