Job Description:
As an Elegant Events Coordinator at Apex Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. You will oversee the setup and execution of conferences, weddings, and other special events, guaranteeing impeccable service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and logistics of events from initial concept to final execution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and exceed their expectations.
  • Lead a team of event coordinators to deliver exceptional service and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Monitor and control event budgets, resources, and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with event management software and tools.
