Conference and Events Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Conference and Events Assistant to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up meeting rooms and events areas to ensure a warm welcome for our guests.
- Providing excellent customer service during events, including serving food and beverages and delivering high standards of service and presentation.
- Preparing tea/coffee breaks and stations with appropriate food and beverages and at the correct time as stated in the event function sheet.
- Answering and solving guest requests and aiming to fulfill any special requirements during the event.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
