About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our Conference and Events team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up meeting rooms and events areas to ensure a warm welcome for our guests.
  • Ensure staff provide excellent customer service during each event.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests and deliver the highest standards in service and presentation.
  • Prepare tea/coffee breaks and stations with appropriate food and beverages.
  • Resolve any guest requests and aim to fulfill any special requirements during the event.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Take responsibility for stock taking.
  • Assist with the training and development of Team members.
