Event Manager for Scotsman Group

As an experienced Event Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Conference and Banqueting areas, ensuring seamless delivery of events and exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment
  • Liaise with guests, resolve complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals and objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain departmental rotas, adhering to business needs and budgeted ratios
  • Hold a valid food safety certificate and maintain a strong commercial awareness
