We are looking for a Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our busy team to ensure smooth and exceptional delivery of weddings and events across all three of our award winning venues. This is an exciting role where attention to detail and enthusiasm are a must We are a small hardworking team, with everybody ‘hands-on’ and operationally involved.

**The Role**:
As a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator you will take ownership to maximise opportunities and increase wedding and events business within the venues.

Responsibilities will include the following:

- Enquiry handling
- Co-ordinate and execute show rounds of our three venues
- Creation and delivery of proposals for our clients in accordance with time frame
- To be available as the client’s first point of contact throughout the enquiry, conversion and run up to the wedding or event
- Sharing all reservation information with the FOH and Kitchen Team
- Deliver a first-class service to our clients and ensure that standards are met in all areas of the business.
- Holding meetings with clients
- To be responsible and accountable for small to medium sized events and all weddings
- Developing new business opportunities
- Promoting multiple aspects of the venues
- Encourage teamwork, cooperation, productivity and a positive attitude within the working environment

- Word/Excel and computer competent
- A dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and a result driven approach
- A bright talented events specialist who thrives on delivering memorable experiences, can react quickly and is flexible to change.
- Someone who has an inbuilt attention to detail and efficiency, and who is also able to see the bigger picture.
- A real energy and enthusiasm of the venues and the role itself
- An ambitious, fun and positive individual who is an excellent communicator and immaculately presented but still wants to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
- Someone who is confident and able to work independently and as part of a Team
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- There will be some requirement to work weekends in lieu of a weekday the following week (usually a Wednesday)

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
