We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team, driving innovation and customer value in the eCommerce sector. As part of a dedicated cross-functional squad, you’ll contribute to strategic goals while enhancing user experiences at scale. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role offers a unique chance to make an impact in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Vision & Strategy:

  • Define and communicate a product vision aligned with business and eCommerce goals.
  • Inspire cross-functional teams to achieve a shared purpose.

Planning & Delivery:

  • Develop and manage a product roadmap focused on customer and business opportunities.
  • Define clear requirements, manage trade-offs, and oversee efficient delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and drive iterative improvements based on insights.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and provide updates throughout the product lifecycle.

Analysis & Evaluation:

  • Understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive eCommerce landscape.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize solutions that drive growth and value.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in eCommerce or digital media.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product discovery techniques like A/B testing.

Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the Waterloo office
