My Product Path are searching for a Product Manager on behalf of one of our clients to shape the development of their Chatbot & Customer Service features.


This role will define and execute the product strategy to enhance customer experience, ensuring that the chatbot and customer service tools deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Continue to drive the product strategy and roadmap for chatbot and customer service features, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from users and stakeholders to understand customer needs and pain points related to support services and chatbot interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams to create a seamless experience and ensure successful delivery of features.
  • Identify trends in customer service inquiries and make suggestions to key stakeholders on how to tackle issues before reaching out to the customer service team.
  • Manage the end-to-end development process of chatbot features, from ideation and planning to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) for the chatbot and customer service tools and continuously measure product performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure that chatbot interactions and customer service features are intuitive, and engaging, providing users with quick and accurate solutions.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and key milestones to internal stakeholders, including leadership and relevant departments.
  • Evaluate and manage integration with third-party tools, platforms, and AI services to enhance the chatbot and customer service functionality.
  • Ensure that the product meets all legal and compliance requirements, including data privacy regulations and industry standards.


Ideal requirements:

  • Product experience (Product Manager or Product Owner)
  • Understanding of chatbot technologies, AI/ML, and customer service platforms.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, agile development, and product roadmap creation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design and customer experience principles.


  • Tools: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), analytics platforms and chatbot development tools.
  • Internal and/or externally built customer service platforms.
  • CRM systems (is a plus)
  • Internal ticketing tools (is a plus).


Nice to have:

  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Anything to do with LLMs, ML, AI is a big bonus.
