About You

 

Would you like to work 4 ½ days per week and have every Friday afternoon off ?

 

Do you have experience of being an Executive Assistant / PA / Secretary in a fast-paced office-based environment? 

 

Can you provide accurate and efficient secretarial, EA and administrative skills to support a team of wealth management Specialists? 

 

Do you have a background in high quality legal / financial / professional services businesses?

 

Can you demonstrate advanced MS Office skills and experience of working with back office and document management systems?

 

Can you manage in and outbound complex client communications for a discerning and demanding range of private clients?   

 

Do you have strong written and oral communication skills along with being highly organised and will you enjoy being part of a full-time office-based team?

RSQ Wealth Management Ltd are a boutique Wealth Management business developed with the joint passion of Stuart MacDonald and his sons, James and Charlie.


Our aim is to be the best not the biggest and as a tight knit team we largely avoid working from home and believe the office is the best place to collaborate and focus on our clients’ needs.

We are based out of Rutland Square in central Edinburgh from where we deliver on our mantra of “personal service in a digital world”

 

The Rewards


Salary £40,000 per year  

34 hour working week

Monday to Thursday - 7.5-hour day with flexible start / finish times

Friday finish at lunchtime.

30 days holiday per year inclusive of public holidays

Discretionary quarterly bonus
