Sales Representative

CK Group is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to launch an Ophthalmology product in the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
- Contract: 2 years as an employee of CK Group.
- Salary: £60,000 per annum, including a car allowance and potential bonus (15% OTC) for outstanding performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales through HCPs and healthcare accounts.
- Deliver strategic sales to achieve prescribing depth and formulary inclusion.
- Identify and optimize local market access opportunities.
- Meet or exceed KPIs and project objectives.
- Nurture relationships with National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Foster long-term patient-focused relationships using multi-channel customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- ABPI qualification.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
- A background in Ophthalmology is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent understanding of NHS structures and systems.
- Effective negotiation, selling, and communication skills.
