On behalf of our client, a leading software vendor specializing in BPM and automation solutions, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to cover the UKI and Benelux markets.This role is ideal for a sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in solution sales, particularly within the BPM or automation space. You will play a crucial part in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and managing key accounts across the region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the UKI and Benelux regions.Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target sectors.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers to drive business results.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.Key Requirements:5-10 years of proven experience in software solution sales, ideally with a focus on BPM or automation.Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.Strong knowledge of the UKI and Benelux markets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
