The Role

  • Lead and inspire a team of three in consultative, customer-centric roles.
  • Drive sales forecasting and implement impactful strategies across the UK and Ireland.
  • Build lasting relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and training to foster a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage high-value accounts directly to unlock growth opportunities.


About You

  • Proven success in sales management with a focus on channel teams.
  • Track record of double-digit revenue growth and solution-selling expertise.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience in account management and strategic implementation.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development or IT channel operations is a plus.
