The Role
- Lead and inspire a team of three in consultative, customer-centric roles.
- Drive sales forecasting and implement impactful strategies across the UK and Ireland.
- Build lasting relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and training to foster a high-performing sales team.
- Manage high-value accounts directly to unlock growth opportunities.
About You
- Proven success in sales management with a focus on channel teams.
- Track record of double-digit revenue growth and solution-selling expertise.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and develop teams.
- Experience in account management and strategic implementation.
- Knowledge of Learning & Development or IT channel operations is a plus.
