Godiva Travel is a leading provider of luxury Coach, mini coach and chauffeur services, specialising in bespoke travel solutions for executive and corporate clients. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development/Account Manager to join our dynamic team.


Role Overview


The Business Development/Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing existing accounts, and developing new corporate relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and client management. You will also assist with day-to-day sales operations and provide support in the sales office to ensure smooth business functions.


Key Responsibilities


\t•\tAccount Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

\t•\tBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new corporate opportunities to expand our client base and promote our luxury travel services.

\t•\tSales Office Support: Assist in the daily operations of the sales office, including responding to inquiries and helping with administrative tasks.

\t•\tQuote Preparation: Prepare and present tailored quotes for potential clients, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

\t•\tSales Activities: Support the sales team with day-to-day activities, including pipeline management, prospecting, and follow-ups.


Key Skills & Experience


\t•\tProven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the travel, luxury services, or hospitality sectors.

\t•\tStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

\t•\tExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

\t•\tAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

\t•\tProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

\t•\tSales-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
