Job Description

Lucy is looking for a skilled Project Manager with automotive experience to join a dynamic branding agency based in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of exciting branding projects, with a focus on ensuring seamless project delivery.


As a Project Manager , you will work closely with the Account Director to oversee both small and large-scale projects. Your role will involve direct client contact, managing internal teams, and ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


The successful candidate will have…

  • 3+ years of experience within a creative agency.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Skilled in coordinating photoshoots and collaborating with photographers and videographers.
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable in client interactions.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms or eagerness to lead the adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.


Duties include…

  • Supporting the Account Director in managing client relationships, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Taking full ownership of smaller projects while assisting with the management of larger ones.
  • Maintaining regular client contact, providing updates, and gathering feedback.
  • Leading the setup and management of a new CRM platform.
  • Organizing and overseeing the agency’s file-sharing system.
  • Managing project budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assisting with workshops, briefings, and third-party vendor management.
