Automotive Diagnostic Engineer

AUTEL Automotive Intelligence – Europe seeks an Automotive Diagnostic Engineer to provide technical support, manage projects, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Offer expert technical assistance to customers, colleagues, and distributors, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, maintaining accurate records and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Facilitate after-sales repairs in the UK, handle warranty claims, and oversee spare parts inventory.
- Identify and address technical concerns through thorough analysis and solution proposals, gathering customer feedback for R&D enhancements.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training sessions, summarizing and analyzing customer issues to drive R&D advancements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as automotive engineering, electronics, or communications.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related industry, particularly with automotive diagnostic tools or charging station technology.
- Superb organizational and execution abilities, coupled with a talent for learning and adapting to new situations.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with proficiency in additional European languages advantageous.
- Willngness to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 annually.
