Diagnostic Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Diagnostic Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers before and after sales. Your primary focus will be on project implementation, ongoing operational projects, and troubleshooting technical product issues. You will work closely with regional distributors and colleagues across various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings
• Troubleshoot technical product issues and identify possible solutions
• Collect customer feedback and provide input to the R&D department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product quality
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science)
2. At least 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., automotive service technology, electronics)
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages preferred
Salary
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
