Diagnostics Field Service Engineer

Are you a skilled Diagnostics Field Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Diagnostics Field Service Engineer.
As a key member of our diagnostic systems installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining complex medical laboratory equipment. With a strong background in high-value electronics or electro-mechanical capital equipment environments, you will ensure seamless system integration and excellent customer service.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in the diagnostics field, including autoimmune diagnostics, immunology, biochemistry, haematology, histology, microbiology, and immunodiagnostics systems. A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to at least ONC level is also required.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £49,600, comprising a basic salary of £44,000 and a bonus of £5,600. You will also enjoy a company car (electric/hybrid options available), pension, healthcare, phone, and laptop benefits.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Able to demonstrate a competent background in customer-facing field service or installation engineering.
- Experience in the diagnostics field, including autoimmune diagnostics, immunology, biochemistry, haematology, histology, microbiology, and immunodiagnostics systems.
- Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to at least ONC level.
