Ecommerce & Omnichannel Manager

This position will report directly to the UK General manager and report functionally to the EMEA Ecommerce MANAGER.

The position is based in London with monthly venue to Paris to meet with the EMEA & HQ Ecommerce and Digital teams.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES

WEBSITE Longchamp.com management

  • Manage all online activity: from acquisition to conversion
  • Implement ecommerce global strategy to achieve the Maison Goals
  • Work with HQ/EMEA ecommerce teams to develop and improve online Customer Experience
  • Work with the local marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
  • Deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver best in class user experience and achieve/Improve kpis (search, cross sell, Emerchandising,etc…)
  • Oversee Global content calendar and contribute to websites updates
  • Report on performances: Omnichannel /Sales/ Traffic/Key KPI’s and deliver ebusiness analysis with insights & recommendations
  • Give ecommerce local insights to Ecommerce EMEA Manager in order to ensure the website integrates local specificities
  • Research market in order to report new trends and features in order to improve website performance
  • Daily Order Case management in the PSP
  • Work closely with the EMEA team to update ecommerce fraud rules


Omnichannel

  • Ensure a seamless and brand-consistent client experience across all touchpoints
  • Monitor the Omnichannel functionalities according to Omnichannel EMEA strategy ensuring Operational guidelines are implemented locally and report optimization needs (C&C, Find in store, Eresa, Store to web, Web to store, etc..) and work closely with the retail manager to implement the processes.
  • Reporting and follow up of Omnichannel KPis (Speed of sending, acceptance rate, returns, on hold orders) and work closely with the retail managers and stores
  • Participate in definition and prioritization of new Omnichannel services roadmap
  • Benchmark of any new omnichannel feature Eretail:
  • Monitor the eRetail activity and manage the P&L
  • Manage the Online partners (eRetail) and ensure the Brand guidelines are implemented
  • Monitor the integrity of the Product pages and Brand store
  • Update the online partners each Collection Product drop & each highlight
  • Commercial relationship & Marketing activation
  • Reporting, Analysis and recommendations


PROFILE

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or Business school
  • Confidence developing and managing Ecommerce & Omnichannel strategy
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
  • Excellent understanding of UX and customer journey and web analysis.
  • Knowledge of Analytics tools and tracking and excellent web analysis skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing levers
  • Knowledge of SFCC is a Plus
  • English native
