We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Executive to join the Franchise & Wholesale department in our Market Road, London Head Office.


Purpose of the role:

To support the team across a wide array of endeavours, from aiding in business development, forecasting data or analysing trends, to strengthening existing relationships.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurate orderbook management including the collation of both seasonal and continuity product orders and trackers. Review product selection/mix with forecast expectations with Partnership Manager and liaise with Partners to maximise orders.
  • Ensuring pro-active and accurate communication to inform Partners of order discrepancies, cancellations and price changes. Maintain an accurate orderbook across all stock management systems.
  • Follow and support the end-to-end stock/system processes to ensure smooth operations and logistics within AP, marketplaces and associated Partner pick up. Identify any issues and pro-actively resolve. Maintain accurate records and administration.
  • Support the end-to-end organisation of all seasonal and in season product sales campaigns, including the sample management, line sheet creation, calendar management, showroom set-up and model bookings. Attend and support all in person and remote sales appointments.
  • Support weekly calls with Partners discussing trade results, product sell thru and key operations. Define actions from meetings to maximise trade and ensure adequate follow up to improve performance.
  • Liaise with Partnership Manager to create and distribute weekly, monthly and seasonal reports outlining Partner trade, product performance and seasonal activities.
  • Create and send weekly communication updates to all Partners covering product updates, promotional activities, training, Marketing, Press & Visuals.
  • Monitor and support the governance of Partner sites, both on and offline to ensure adherence to Brand standards, products are optimised and trading messages are aligned.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships through clear and effective communication with all Partners and key internal departments.


What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a Franchise and/or Wholesale marketplace in a Sales or Administrative capacity
  • Customer Facing or client management experience
  • An understanding of Franchises, Joint Ventures and Trade Business Partnerships
  • Awareness of global business trends and how other factors may influence the retail/luxury fashion industry
  • A positive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage your workload to deadlines
  • A team player, with great attention to detail and a proactive nature
  • Knowledge of JOOR and Business Central systems would be beneficial
  • Fluency in another language would be advantageous
