Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated individual to provide top-notch administrative and secretarial support to the Secretarial Services team of one of our global law firm clients at their London office. This role offers a promising opportunity for professional development in one of the world’s largest law firms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch administrative and secretarial support to the Secretarial Services team.
- Monitor attendance.
- Coordinate cover for absences.
- Manage holiday requests.
- Ensure seamless communication within the team.
- Prepare reports.
- Schedule meetings.
- Maintain departmental records.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility for overtime.
