**Language Recruitment Services** (LRS) is currently recruiting for a Team Secretary/Assistant with Arabic language skill preferred, for our well established and prestigious banking client.

The Arabic speaking Secretary will support the Head of department and the team providing administrative and secretarial support.

**Duties of the Team Secretary with Arabic**:

- Diary management & Travel arrangements
- Meet and greet Division customers
- General administrative support for the team
- Updating central databases
- Document drafting
- Ad hoc research for mangers
- Dealing with phone queries
- Minute taking
- Arrange meeting rooms

**Requirements of the Team Secretary with Arabic**
- Highly professional and smartly presented
- Proficient in MS Office, with good typing skills
- Solid relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is preferred.
- Customer focused, flexible and friendly attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to maintain efficiency under pressure
- Proactive self-starter, who is quick to learn
