This global provider of financial information based in Canary Wharf is seeking an experienced Team Assistant/Secretary to join a very busy team for a 3 month duration. **The role is vacant immediately and no notice period will be taken into consideration.**

Typical duties will include but are not limited to:

- Provide daily administrative support to a large team/the entire office
- Prepare and process monthly expenses for the team for billing
- Provide support on ad-hoc assignments or projects
- Committee scheduling administration
- Electronical storing and registering in internal systems, making sure following internal policies

Must have recent experience of the above gained within Banking/Financial Services

This is a fast pace environment therefore it is **essential that the suitable applicant have experience of a similar role gained in a banking/financial services environment.** Administrative/secretarial is essential as is the ability to work well unsupervised, using your initiative and demonstrating proactivity. Strong communications skills are vital.

**Interviews will be held quickly for an immediate start**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
