We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team, driving innovation and customer value in the eCommerce sector. As part of a dedicated cross-functional squad, you’ll contribute to strategic goals while enhancing user experiences at scale. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role offers a unique chance to make an impact in a fast-paced digital environment. Define and communicate a product vision aligned with business and eCommerce goals.
Planning & Delivery:
Monitor product performance and drive iterative improvements based on insights.

Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
Understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive eCommerce landscape.
Use data-driven insights to prioritize solutions that drive growth and value.

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in eCommerce or digital media.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product discovery techniques like A/B testing.

Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the Waterloo office
