Service Engineer – Access Control

We are looking for a service engineer to join an established and reputable CCTV and Access Control business in South London.

Your territory will mainly be in and around the M25, mostly Monday – Friday. Some travel to the London site will also be required, when you need materials etc.

Day to Day Duties

* Service and repair of Access Control and CCTV Systems

* You will NOT be asked to install intruder alarms or fire alarms.

* Routine inspections and troubleshooting faults.

* Excellent customer service.

* Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.

* Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.

* Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs 1 week in 7.

Key Skill, Knowledge & Experience

* The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Security Engineer.

* Experience with the following would be useful: Paxton, Brivo, Hikvision, BPT, Assa Abloy

* Strong understanding of electronic security systems, maintenance, and repair.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and in a team.

* Good communications and excellent customer interactions.

* Valid driving license for UK .

Pay, Benefits & Extra Information

* Competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience.

* Door to Door role, mostly Monday – Friday
