Primary Learning Support Assistant

Chelmsford, United Kingdom CV-Library Full time

TeacherActive is honoured to collaborate with exceptional primary schools located throughout Essex. These educational institutions have consistently maintained a high OFSTED rating. The schools foster a supportive and nurturing environment for both employees and students. The fact that they offer one of the "highest levels of physical education" and a variety of amenities, including sensory rooms, a swimming pool, and athletic equipment in the playground, makes them stand out.

These schools are now seeking to hire positive learning support assistants on a part-time, a full-time, or a permanent basis. Working one-on-one with pupils who have SEND is what the chosen candidate will do. They will have to assist these kids in reaching their goals, bringing them to the `breakout` area because they can occasionally become overwhelmed. The task of removing students from class for interventions will also fall on you.

What we`re looking for:

Qualified Teachers with a passion for making a difference in young learners’ lives.
Experience working in KS1 and KS2 is desirable, but if your experience is in EYFS, we’d love to hear from you too.
Whether you’re an experienced educator or just starting your teaching journey, we welcome applications from all levels of expertise.
what we offer:

Flexible roles to fit your lifestyle: part-time, full-time, or permanent positions.
The opportunity to work with supportive schools that value their teachers.
A chance to develop professionally in vibrant learning environments.
Competitive pay rates and ongoing support from TeacherActive.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to primary-aged pupils.
Adapt teaching styles to meet the individual needs of your class.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Why join TeacherActive?

At TeacherActive, we pride ourselves on connecting exceptional teachers with amazing schools. Our team is committed to supporting you every step of the way, offering guidance, resources, and placements that match your skills and career goals.
