Medacs Healthcare, a leader in Health Assessment Services is seeking an Assessment Centre Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our service users who have been offered an assessment with one of our health practitioners.

A flexible approach to your working location will be required, as this position will cover two assessment centres in Durham and Gateshead. The role contributes significantly to the organisation and productivity across the team of health practitioners and adherence to our contractual commitments.

Here's some of the key Responsibilities:

Contacting service users with appointment reminder calls
Travelling and working between the Gateshead and Durham offices
Coordinating and planning diaries for our team of Health Practitioners
Competently and confidently make short[1]notice changes to appointments
General administrative duties
Using Microsoft office packages and other bespoke IT systems
Rota management using Microsoft Excel
Completion of service user satisfaction surveys
Designated fire warden (training will be provided)
Facilitate and coordinate translation services for the Health Practitioner
Ensure service user confidentiality is always maintained
Keeping the service users at the heart of everything you do
Always providing a welcoming and professional approach
Working in a fast-paced environment with the public
