We are seeking an Assessment Centre Coordinator to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As the first point of contact for our service users, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning diaries for our team of Health Practitioners.

This is a varied role that requires flexibility and a willingness to travel between our Gateshead and Durham offices. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to make short-notice changes to appointments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting service users with appointment reminder calls, coordinating translation services, and maintaining confidentiality. They will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and provide a welcoming and professional approach to our clients.
