Site Manager-Internal

We are currently searching for enthusiastic Internal site manager in East London to look after 220 apartments with a help of one assistant site manager and a finishing manager. You will be reporting to senior site manager.

Internal Site Manager you will:

* Oversee daily progress of internal works.

* Monitor and report on the progress of activities.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and address any issues that may arise on the site.

* Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

* Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

* Assist senior management with coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members.

* Ensure that all activities align with the project timeline.

* Carry out snagging inspection and report to senior management.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

* Assist senior management with prepare daily or weekly reports on-site activities, progress, and issues.

Required:

* Min 5 years site experience as site manager/ block manager.

* Enthusiastic approach to construction and gaining personal experience.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

* SMSTS, CSCS.

Rate is negotiable based on the experience. Successful candidate will be interviewed immediately, and project will run till end of 2025.
