\u2022 Financial responsibilities

\u2022 Paying/issuing invoices

\u2022 Bookkeeping

\u2022 Preparing submissions - Good knowledge of CIS and other matters (including sending out CIS statements to all subcontractors)

\u2022 Raising purchase orders

\u2022 Maintaining financial records – Good working knowledge of Sage & Excel

\u2022 Internal controls development

\u2022 Regular Project cost reports to senior management

\u2022 Reconciliation of all bank accounts including credit card statements

\u2022 Preparation and submission of company payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis.

\u2022 Regular project cost reports to senior management and preparation of fortnightly subcontractor labour spreadsheets which will also need to be project costed on excel.

\u2022 Preparation and submission of monthly VAT and reverse charge VAT

\u2022 \u00a0Submission of monthly EPS

\u2022 \u00a0Letting senior management know of any monthly PAYE/CIS liabilities

\u2022 Managing and processing expenses

\u2022 Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacy

\u2022 Yearly Confirmation Statement submission to Companies House.

\u2022 AAT part/fully qualified (desirable)

\u2022 Office support

\u2022 Stocktaking and managing office and site supplies

\u2022 Onboarding new staff members

\u2022 Document control

\u2022 Organise travel and accommodation for staff as necessary

\u2022 Maintaining IMS system

\u2022 Reviewing supplier contracts

\u2022 Office health and safety

\u2022 Planning employee events/client events

\u2022 Social media management

\u2022 Point of contact for building/office management/landlords

\u2022 General administrative support to senior management and the company including managingcompany office email and telephone and dealing with all correspondence

\u2022 Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
