Administrator – TRU (TransPennine Route Upgrade)

A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 5 years.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team to help support the ongoing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have worked previously in an Administrative environment, is organised, well presented, methodical, works well within a team, able to use Microsoft Office Packages and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

* Checking training requirements of all staff and ensure all courses are booked, communicated, and recorded.

* Organising Safety Critical Assessments and Training with approved suppliers.

* Create, issue and ensure training agreement forms are signed for, paid by the business to staff.

* Update and record Training and Assessment Records and Registers.

* Ensure all application packs are added to files on the company drive in correct format.

* Act as a central point of contact for all training and assessment enquiries for the project.

* Provide general administrative support to the Labour Manager to support the project.

* Onboarding of all candidates and updating docs on all required systems.

* Booking Inductions and Medicals.

* Collating and processing timesheets through to Payroll and answering any queries.

* Any other administrative tasks required to support the project.
