Logistics Coordinator

We’re currently recruiting for a manufacturing based in St Ives for a Logistics Co-Ordinator on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is working 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

This role is an integral position within the team and links the sales admin and warehouse operations team to ensure all deliveries are processed and meet customer expectations.

Typical duties would include:

* Liaising with the wider team including the warehouse and sales teams.

* Answering calls and dealing with customer queries.

* Managing the administration for orders both inbound and outbound.

* Booking deliveries with customers and arranging transport for couriers.

The successful candidate:

* Previous experience working in a similar Logistics or Shipping role.

* Experience working with customs and international shipments

* Proficient ERP system experience

* Able to work well in time pressured situations

* Good relationship builder and able to work well with all members of the team
