Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Contractor

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about luxury residential construction projects? Join our team as a Project Coordinator with a top bespoke residential contractor in London’s premier locations.

* Location: Richmond office, with occasional site visits to Kensington, Shephards Bush and more.

* Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (temp-to-perm option available).

* Schedule: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday (no remote work).

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate project schedules and logistics for high-end residential builds.

* Provide administrative support, handling communication and document management.

* Facilitate communication between teams, suppliers, and clients.

Ideal Candidate:

* 1-2 years in a similar role, ideally in construction or property sector.

* Highly organised with strong communication skills.

* Comfortable with a 5-day on-site schedule and London site visits as needed
