Outbound Sales Consultant

£22,000 - £25,000 basic salary per annum (depending on experience) with an OTE of £50,000 per annum with an uncapped monthly commission scheme.

It is a fully office based position working from a modern operation in Market Harborough.

Your standard working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday,

Employment benefits uncapped commission, company pension, early finishes, various incentive schemes and free parking.

Have you got the sales drive to work in and succeed the business-to-business new acquisitions team?

The role involves volume outbound calling promoting products and services to generate new business opportunities. Requires someone with determination, resilience and high energy.

Your job responsibilities:

·        Work in a full 360 capacity by calling, acquiring and closing your own sales opportunities Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning

·        Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information

·        Present unique solutions which save customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions

·        Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers

·        To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs

Have you got the skills, experience, and motivation to be successful in this role?

You must have a hunter type sales personality with a successful track record of influencing and converting sales and new clients.

Sales in the student lettings and landlord space includes attending lots of social events – so you must thrive and be proactive in sourcing these environments to promote your socially responsible solution.

You will be working for a forward-thinking company with high earning sales colleagues. You will fit in here if you are a money motivated business developer with robust negotiation skills.
