Key Objectives/ Deliverables:

Reporting to the project manager, the role holder will be knowledgeable in the area of Access, CRQ ,

RAMs & HOPs. Initially working on a TX Migration project, but with scope to work across other telecom projects.

Responsibilities

• Running project schedules from the Genesis Database.

• Running dedicated project reports from Genesis Database and presenting the information.

• Present weekly totals of target v’s actual.

• Booking Access for Genesis Field & customer engineers using various Service Providers (SP’s)

access database/portals.

• Creating Risk Assessments (RAMs) & Hand Over Packs (HOPs) prior to the activity.

• Liaising with Field Engineer’s, Site Managers and Project Managers when required.

• Raising and closing site outages CRQ’s via the Remedy database in line with the project

requirements.

• Checking the quality of the Genesis completion certification and or surveys are uploaded to

Genesis database or customer database within SLA.

• Tracking all necessary daily/weekly activities on sites including creating/updating /closing down

and changing Site Logs in system and updating necessary reports.

• Co-ordination of daily project process including generating and maintaining weekly schedules and trackers.

• Raising operational deficiencies and monitoring them weekly; coordination of Operational

Deficiencies / recording Information in internal system and close customer deficiencies down /

reporting specific issues to customer system; monitor the progress of deficiencies raised.

• Responsible for asset tracking of project issued items i.e. Test Sims, Keys, Obas etc.

• Issuing daily/weekly schedule reports to customer and suppliers.

• Coordination of all additional costs requests & sending necessary documentation (including approvals) to PM for PO to be raised.

• Requesting PO from PM for any payments required by SPs & or their portals.

• Full control of documentations flow processes for access/CRQ/RAMs & HOPs

• Working alongside engineers and dealing with day-to-day issues effectively.

• Reporting efficiently back to the Customer and keeping Customer relationship effective.

Operational Experience

Essential –

• Knowledge of Microsoft packages

• Extensive experience of CRQ management

• Ability to use Web Based reporting tools

• Experience of customer facing roles

Desirable –

• Telecoms experience would be helpful

• Database Experience

• Knowledge of UK Service Providers access portals

Academic & Technical Background

Essential –

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a comparable role

• Information Technology literate.
