Job Title: German/English Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Huntingdon Area (Hybrid: Onsite Training, then 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Position Overview:
An opportunity is available for Bilingual German/English speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality, customised products to their clients. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for each client and maintaining timely, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Coordinate the development of customised products, overseeing each phase from initial concept to final print.
Design Collaboration: Partner with the Design Team to create personalised designs based on client requirements.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for proof approvals and ensure all project materials are promptly forwarded to production.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the Customer Service Management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities:

Consistently adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
Maintain high standards in all customer service processes.
Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image at all times.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and clients.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Support other areas of the business when required.
Undertake additional duties as directed by management. Qualifications:

Proficiency in both German and English.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred. Schedule:
