Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in refining their commercial offerings, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting the ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement localised marketing strategies that align with global branding and communications approaches.
Collaborate with various departments and manage external agencies to execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation for achieving desired outcomes.
Analyse competitor and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to drive decisions and optimise performance.
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Ensure compliance with marketing standards and best practices across the division.
Candidate Attributes:

Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proven success in marketing, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
Experience with campaign execution using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
A positive, collaborative team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to travel as needed.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence effectively and manage external agency relationships.
Exceptional attention to detail and a self-starter attitude, capable of managing projects independently. What We Offer:
