Based in Paisley, our client is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. The organisation can be accessed by local public transport and there is also on-site parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant will undertake a range of duties, working as part of a team of 3. These responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to; purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations, keeping accurate financial records, invoicing, managing inter-company transactions, reporting for senior management, handling & resolving queries from clients, suppliers and colleagues and general associated finance administration.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar role and be seeking a position in which you can both utilise and develop your existing skill set. You will have strong communicative abilities, both verbal and written, and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
