Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator who has great time-management, organisational, communication and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a high attention to detail required for an award-winning company based in Paisley, Scotland.
**SALARY**: £25,000 per annum + Benefits
**LOCATION**: Paisley, Scotland
**JOB TYPE**: Full-Time, Permanent
**WORKING HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (potential for Part-Time Hours 25+ over 5 days to be negotiated if required)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator who has great time-management, organisational, communication and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a high attention to detail.
Working as a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator you will report into the Head of Finance and will provide support and assistance on day-to-day operations in the full spectrum of account activities.
As a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company and support the production of their annual financial statements.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator will include:
Oversee processing of sales and purchase invoices
Assist with the management of credit control and managing purchase ledger payments
Processing and payment of employee personal expenses
Processing and reconciliation of bank accounts
Reconciling supplier accounts, and preparing supplier payment runs
Assisting with processing of monthly payroll including journal entries and account reconciliations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
**Essential**:
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Highly motivated
The ability to multitask and prioritise a hectic workload
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Desirable**:
Previous experience working in a busy finance position
Working knowledge of Sage 50 accounting
