As they continue to expand, they are seeking a visionary Sales Director to lead their commercial strategy and drive results.

The Role:
As the Sales Director, you will be pivotal in shaping and implementing the sales strategy to meet ambitious growth targets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of talented sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s footprint within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with business objectives.

* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

* Identify new market opportunities and drive the expansion of the client portfolio.

* Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

* Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales efforts with broader business goals.

* Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the sales function.
