A leading mechanical and engineering company is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized individual with experience in document control, looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Managing, storing, and controlling project documentation, including technical drawings and records, in accordance with company policies

* Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders

* Maintaining document registers, ensuring revisions and versions are accurately tracked

* Liaising with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure document control procedures are adhered to

* Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of documentation

* Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001

* Assisting with the preparation of technical reports and documentation packages

* Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive project information

About You:

* Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

* Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Knowledge of document control standards such as ISO 9001

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
